The average Midair founder is exploring entrepreneurship seriously: in an early incubator, working full-time on a new direction, or getting ready to leave a job and take the leap. If you're committed to building and want a room that holds you to a high bar, apply and tell us where you are. The interview is where we figure out fit together.

Completely. Plenty of founders start nights-and-weekends, and the leap rarely happens all at once. A circle is a great place to find the signal, and the nerve, to go full-time when the time is right for you.

Applying is free. The founding cohort is a one-time $495 program fee, paid only after we both decide it's a fit. That includes the 12-week cohort and one year of community access.

The cohort runs for 12 weeks. It starts and ends with an in-person Bay Area gathering, with 90-minute online sessions every other week and weekly accountability throughout. Membership also includes one year of community access.

The regular sessions are online: 90 minutes every other week with your cohort of six to eight founders, matched by stage and industry fit. The cohort is bookended by two in-person Bay Area gatherings.

By stage and by part of the Bay. We hand-match each circle of six to eight so the people in the room are at a similar altitude and share your local scene. No randomized mega-rooms.

Yes. What's said in the circle stays in the circle, full stop. That's one of our three founding principles (Confidential, Candid, Committed), and the facilitator holds the room to it.

Never. We're not investors and we don't want a slice of your company. Midair is a membership community, not a fund. Your cap table is yours.

We read every application and reach out to schedule a short interview. Every applicant is vetted before matching, which is how the rooms stay strong. If it's a fit, we place you into a group at your stage as the season's cohort forms. If spots fill up, you keep your place in line for the next cohort.
